How SHOW by SkyCity Rewards and Promotions Work

At SkyCity Auckland, things run a little differently compared to online casinos. There isn’t a standard deposit bonus code for in-person play as you might expect. Instead, every offer, reward and special campaign connects directly to your SHOW by SkyCity Rewards card membership (Premier Rewards cards may still be valid under transitional conditions).

When you play at machines or at tables, your rewards card does the heavy lifting. Place it into the slot reader or hand it over to a dealer. The system automatically records your activity and calculates any points and entries you earn.

Redeeming Your Points and Rewards

You can always check your balance and rewards options by logging into the SHOW by SkyCity Rewards portal. There, pick from cash, food/drink credits, hotel discounts, or even show tickets. Each reward lists exactly how many points are needed. Points redeem at 100 points = $1, and a PIN is required at the time of redemption.

Once you confirm a redemption, points will drop off your total right away. For cash, see us at the Rewards desk and show your confirmation. Dining credits? Just hand over your digital voucher at a participating restaurant. For hotel discounts, contact reservations and reference your points claim, then pay the balance as usual.

Unused points can expire. If your account stays inactive for 6 months, all points expire, so make sure you play or redeem at least once within that period.

Membership Tiers

SHOW by SkyCity Rewards runs on multiple levels. Each tier multiplies benefits and the pace you earn points. Your status is based on Rewards Points earned over a continuous six-month period.

All new members start in Ruby tier with immediate benefits. Once you reach Sapphire at 200 Rewards Points, you unlock free parking, four free non-alcoholic drinks, and additional discounts. Hit Gold at 3,500 Rewards Points, and you’ll enjoy enhanced customer support, more events, and bonus point boosts at peak times. Reach Platinum, and it’s personal account managers, VIP gaming sections and even free valet parking.

The card itself shows your tier. If your qualifying play drops, you’ll go back down when your review comes up.
